Leonard Management is committed to assisting our people at ever level of the organization. We provide employee information online for direct deposits, W2 forms, and how to access the Employee Login.

    • When are W-2 Forms sent to employees
      • Paper W-2’s will be mailed on January 31st.
      • There is a $25.00 charge for duplicate copies of a W-2.
        • If you access the your W-2 from the Employee Login you can print as many copies as you would like.

       

    • How do I access the Employee Login? -New user-
      • If you have never been on the Employee Login, please complete the Employee Assistance form and request a Employee Login email/agreement be sent to your email.
        • Emails come from E&N Inc. with subject of: Employee Registration for E&N Inc.
        • Check your junk mail inbox as sometimes they end up there.
      • In the Employee Login agreement email, click the User Registration link (This link expires in 21 days from the day it was sent.)
        • Please fill in your First Name, Last Name, and Social Security Number. Click Continue.
          • You will then need to choose 3 Security Questions and Click Continue.
            • The final step for registration is creating a password.
              • Your password must be at least eight (8) characters with at least one (1) number, at least one (1) uppercase letter and at least one (1) lowercase letter.
